About the Site
The Site is an independent, non-commercial information resource about the Tesla Roadster. It is not operated, endorsed or sponsored by Tesla, Inc., SpaceX or any of their affiliates.
No reservations, sales or transactions
Despite its domain name, the Site does not accept, process, broker or facilitate vehicle reservations, deposits, orders, payments, transfers of reservations or any other transaction. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy a vehicle.
Anyone who claims to represent the Site and asks you for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards or personal financial details is not acting on our behalf. Please report such contact to us and to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
Informational purposes only
Content on the Site is provided for general information and commentary. Specifications, prices and dates are largely manufacturer claims or press reports that may be incomplete, outdated or later changed. Always confirm information directly with Tesla before making any decision. See our Disclaimer.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through automated traffic, scraping at a rate that burdens the service, or introducing malware;
- frame or mirror the Site, or present its content in a way that suggests affiliation with Tesla or implies the Site takes reservations;
- use the Site or its name to impersonate us or anyone else.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the text, design, layout and original illustrations on the Site are owned by the Site operator and protected by copyright. You may view and share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with attribution for non-commercial purposes. Any other reproduction requires our prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks
“Tesla,” “Roadster,” “SpaceX” and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. They are used on the Site only in a nominative, descriptive way to identify the vehicle and companies discussed. Such use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] that includes: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and your physical or electronic signature, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
